My 1:1 coaching is a personalized, trauma-aware space where we work with your nervous system, not against it. Together, we slow things down enough for your body to feel safe, heard, and supported so real, sustainable change can happen.

I created this work because I know what it feels like to live in a body that’s tired of pushing through.
My path into nervous system regulation and breathwork began during a season of burnout, emotional shutdown, and deep disconnection from my body. I learned firsthand that no amount of “doing more” creates safety, safety comes from listening.
Today, I blend science-based nervous system education with somatic tools, breathwork, and inner child awareness to help clients build trust with their bodies again.

1:1 coaching is a personalized, body-led support space where we work together to understand your nervous system patterns, build regulation capacity, and create tools that actually fit your life. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach, sessions are shaped by your lived experience, goals, and what your system is ready for.
This coaching is for people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in cycles of stress, perfectionism, or survival mode. It’s especially supportive for high-achievers, caregivers, entrepreneurs, and anyone navigating identity shifts or nervous system dysregulation.
No experience is required. We always start where you are. Everything is explained in accessible language, and practices are introduced slowly, with consent and choice.
