Hey, I'm Korinna!

I created this work because I know what it feels like to live in a body that’s tired of pushing through.

My path into nervous system regulation and breathwork began during a season of burnout, emotional shutdown, and deep disconnection from my body. I learned firsthand that no amount of “doing more” creates safety, safety comes from listening.

Today, I blend science-based nervous system education with somatic tools, breathwork, and inner child awareness to help clients build trust with their bodies again.

My role isn’t to fix you.

What is 1:1 nervous system coaching?

1:1 coaching is a personalized, body-led support space where we work together to understand your nervous system patterns, build regulation capacity, and create tools that actually fit your life. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach, sessions are shaped by your lived experience, goals, and what your system is ready for.

Who is this coaching for?

This coaching is for people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in cycles of stress, perfectionism, or survival mode. It’s especially supportive for high-achievers, caregivers, entrepreneurs, and anyone navigating identity shifts or nervous system dysregulation.

Do I need experience with breathwork or somatic work?

No experience is required. We always start where you are. Everything is explained in accessible language, and practices are introduced slowly, with consent and choice.

Is this trauma-informed and nervous-system safe?

Yes. My work is trauma-aware and grounded in nervous system education. Sessions prioritize safety, pacing, agency, and regulation, not catharsis or emotional overwhelm.

Will sessions be emotionally intense?

Sessions may include nervous system education, guided breathwork, somatic awareness, reflective dialogue, and integration tools. Each session is responsive, we follow what your body and system need most that day.

Is this coaching inclusive?

Yes. I use inclusive language and work with people of all genders, identities, and lived experiences. When discussing cycles, energy, or embodiment, language is adapted to honor individual realities — not assumptions.

What happens during a typical session?

Sessions may include nervous system education, guided breathwork, somatic awareness, reflective dialogue, and integration tools. Each session is responsive, we follow what your body and system need most that day.

How long does it take to move through the guide?

Coaching is typically offered in containers (such as multi-session packages) to allow time for regulation and integration. We’ll discuss what level of support feels most aligned for you.

Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?

No. This coaching is educational and experiential, not medical or therapeutic treatment. It is designed to support nervous system awareness and regulation, not to diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions.
