Hey, I'm Korinna!

I created Roots because I know what it feels like to live in a body that’s tired of pushing through.

My path into breathwork and nervous system regulation began during a season of burnout and emotional shutdown, when I realized that no amount of “doing more” was going to create the safety or steadiness I was craving. Learning how to regulate my nervous system gave me a new relationship with my body — one rooted in listening rather than forcing.

Roots is a reflection of that philosophy. It’s intentionally gentle, accessible, and grounded in both nervous system education and lived experience. My goal isn’t to overwhelm you with information, but to help you build awareness, safety, and trust with your body one breath at a time.
