My path into this work didn’t come from chasing a title. It came from burnout, emotional shutdown, and a deep realization that no amount of pushing or “doing more” was going to create the life I wanted. Learning how to regulate my nervous system changed everything.
Today, I guide women through science-based, body-led practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and reconnection with self. My work blends breathwork, somatic tools, and nervous system education in a way that meets you exactly where you are.

My path into breathwork and nervous system regulation began during a season of burnout and emotional shutdown. Learning how to regulate my nervous system became a turning point — not because it fixed everything, but because it gave me safety, capacity, and choice again.
